Affiliate Suite for WooCommerce

Good evening, I have read the presentation page of the plugin, however I would like to make sure that I have understood the functionality well. I need the affiliate to earn commissions in 2 cases: CASE 1: if a user who clicked on the referral link registers on the site – CASE 2: if the same user purchases a product. As far as payouts are concerned, can they be automated or do they always have to be approved manually?
