Installation & Setup

Getting started with Extra Order Filters for WooCommerce is quick and easy. Follow the steps in the documentation to get the extension installed, then navigate to the WooCommerce > Orders Page. You’ll see a new section of filter fields appear above the order table. These include filters for Date Range, Products, Category, Order total, Payment Gateways, Shipping methods, User Role, Coupons, SKUs, and Country.

Use the Filters

• Select one or more filter criteria (e.g., filter by product and payment method).
• Click the Apply Filters button to apply.
• The order list will refresh and show only the matching orders.
• Try different combinations to ensure your desired filters return the expected results.
• Filters can be used together or individually for highly specific order queries.

Notes

• The plugin works seamlessly with both the Classic WooCommerce admin and the HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage) system.
• No additional configuration is required — filters appear automatically once the plugin is activated.
