WooCommerce Product Add-Ons 8.4.0 makes the global add-ons list easier to work with if you manage many add-ons, and fixes mini-cart pricing so add-on costs now show with tax included.
If you run add-ons across a lot of products, the global add-ons list is now easier to navigate. You can sort the list by name, search to filter add-ons by name, and set how many add-ons show per page. Finding a specific add-on in a long list takes fewer clicks.
Add-on prices in the mini-cart now include tax. Before, the mini-cart could show add-on prices without tax, which didn’t match what customers saw elsewhere in the cart and at checkout. Now the mini-cart price is consistent with the rest of the purchase, so customers aren’t looking at a lower pre-tax figure before they check out.
This release also fixes a few admin issues. The default selection for the first checkbox option is now kept after you reload a product in the admin, so your configured default doesn’t get dropped. You can now delete dropdown add-on options that contain double quotes. Sorting the global add-ons list now applies across all pages instead of only the current page, and sorting by the number of fields now sorts correctly by field count.
How to get it
Update to WooCommerce Product Add-Ons 8.4.0 from your WooCommerce dashboard — Plugins > Installed Plugins, or WooCommerce > Extensions. The fixes apply automatically once you’re on the latest version. This release requires WordPress 6.8 or later and WooCommerce 10.6 or later, so update those first if you’re on an older version.
