EU customers can usually change their mind within 14 days, a right known as the right of withdrawal or cooling-off period. NexumShop EU Withdrawal for WooCommerce adds a withdrawal button to their orders, shows them whether their order still qualifies, lets them file a request, and gives you the tools to decide it and keep a record of what happened.
Logged-in customers find a “Withdraw from the contract” button on their orders. Guests enter their order number and email on a page created at activation. Either way, they select items and quantities, review their request, and confirm it. They receive an acknowledgment email and can download a proof of submission.
WooCommerce 11.1 adds an optional form that takes a withdrawal request and sends an acknowledgment. It doesn’t check eligibility, record a decision, or produce a proof document. NexumShop EU Withdrawal covers those steps. The two run independently, and requests filed through the WooCommerce form don’t appear in this extension’s list, so we recommend offering your customers one of them.
This extension provides technical assistance with the withdrawal process. It does not replace legal advice and does not by itself guarantee the compliance of your business.

Whether your setup meets the rules in your country, including national rules based on Directive (EU) 2023/2673, is for you and your legal adviser to confirm.

It provides technical assistance, but it doesn't replace legal advice and doesn't by itself guarantee your compliance. You configure the policy and make every decision.
