Product inquiry via WhatsApp on woocommerce
The Product Inquiry via WhatsApp plugin makes it easy for customers to reach you directly through WhatsApp from your WooCommerce store.
- From the admin settings, you can:
- Add your WhatsApp number
- Select specific products or categories
- Restrict the button by user role
- Set a stock level at which the whats app inquiry button appears automatically
On the product page, customers see an “Inquiry via WhatsApp” button. When clicked, a simple popup form appears, asking for their name, required quantity, required date, and any additional message. Once submitted, the plugin sends all details to your WhatsApp — including product name, quantity, total price, customer message, and a unique inquiry token. The inquiry is also saved in the WooCommerce admin for future reference.
Simple Settings Panel
You can easily Enable or disable the feature and configure all options from in WooCommerce settings. 
Custom WhatsApp Number
Easily set the WhatsApp number where inquiries will be sent. 
Stock-based Trigger
Automatically display the inquiry button when stock drops below your chosen threshold. 
Product/Category Selection
You can easily Choose Whole shop, specific product and category where the inquiry button should appear. 
Role-based Visibility
You can allow specific user roles (e.g., Wholesaler, Customer, Shop Manager) to send WhatsApp inquiries. If left empty, all roles are allowed. Enable Allow Guest Users to show the button to everyone. 
Front-end Popup Form
On eligible product pages, an Inquiry button appears.
