I’d like to request a feature improvement for the PayPal Package Tracking section.
Currently, when submitting a tracking number for customers, the only available carrier option is “FedEx Freight.” However, we ship via standard FedEx, which is a different carrier — FedEx Freight is a separate service intended for heavy freight shipments over 68 kg (150 lbs).
Could you add support for selecting the correct carrier (standard FedEx, and ideally other common carriers as well), so that tracking numbers are submitted to PayPal with the right carrier code? Using the wrong carrier may cause PayPal tracking lookups to fail or return incorrect results.
