We have been losing money when we noticed that Account funds were not being converted to customer’s selected currency.
Basically, if we were crediting $100 and the customer decided to use EUR, they ended up having 100€ which nowadays is $110.
Some customers were topping up $1000 and then they were ordering in EUR. So they used 1000€ which is $1100.
So basically they’ve been scamming us. The account funds plugin has to be 100% sensitive to the currency switcher
