As an example: there might be a situation where there is no staff to attend to incoming booking reservations placed on the Weekend – Saturday for Sunday or Sunday for Monday.
Being able to set a larger buffer period for weekends would solve this.

WooCommerce Bookings currently supports a single buffer configuration per bookable product — buffer length cannot vary by day of week. This request has been open for a while without gathering broader demand from other users, so we are closing it out for now and prioritising features that benefit a larger portion of our community.
If this becomes a more widely-requested pattern down the road, we are always open to revisiting it.
