I discovered when the booking is confirmed an email is sent out to the customer an .ics file is sent with it so it can be read into my Outlook calendar. How can the customer’s name be added to it? Here is the link to the email that was sent to the customer. It needs to have the customer’s name in it so it get on my Outlook calendar.
