Admin Custom Order Fields for WooCommerce

It would be great if you could add unique files to specific orders that would then be able to show up in the customer’s My Account page. For instance, adding a pdf certificate or user guide. Obviously you could add a file download to a product that’s purchased, but you can’t make those product-specific files unique to each customer. So it would be great if there was an option to add those customized files per customer order within the order admin screen. Even if you could just insert links to these files, that would be great.

Ideally it would be one field where you could upload multiple files over time and they would then be stored/displayed together. Sort of like the area for managing download permissions in the order editing screen where you can select additional download products to add, you could select additional media from the media library, upload your own file, or add a link to a file (say, hosted on Google Drive or whatever).
