Good afternoon, I would like to suggest the option of adding the [+] and [-] buttons when a customer selects the number of people.
For example
Adults [-] [+]
Instead of entering the number manually.
For the mobile version it would be very helpful to facilitate the selection of people.

Thanks for the suggestion.
For consistency, WooCommerce Bookings uses the same number input selector that WooCommerce core uses for product quantity on the product page. Swapping that out for custom [+] / [-] buttons tends to create conflicts with themes that style or override the core quantity field, which is why we are leaving the current input as-is.
If you would still like that pattern on your own store, most modern themes (and several quantity-button plugins) can add [+] / [-] controls to the core quantity input — which would then apply to Bookings as well.
