Just finished up a call with the meta pro team and they recommended a 3rd party pixel plugin to enable the Facebook Conversions API on the website.
This was to improve match rates of the events being tracked on the website as well as performance.
We already have the FB for WooCommerce plugin active and it shows a few events that are only tracked via the browser.
It always surprises me when a platform can’t provide an up-to-date, comprehensive integration solution themselves. Surely it’s in the best interest of your customers and Meta?
