Whenever a product is marked as active, and then we mark it as draft on WP, there should be a last “sync” that marks the product as hidden on FB. But seems the plugin doesn’t follow that logic. I learnt it the hard way that if I enable Facebook Checkout, all of my inventory started appearing as out of stock.
Good evening, I encountered a problem in managing products in the facebook catalog. The deleted products continue to be displayed and advertised in the Facebook product catalog. I also tried resynchronizing the products manually but that didn’t work. I await instructions on how to correct the problem. Greetings
Solely use the product id as content id and not a combination of the sku and product id as the content id, as it causes issues in the data tracking that cannot be easily fixed.
