Create a coupon with a “Fixed product discount” and enter the “Coupon amount” as 100. In the Usage restriction tab > Product categories, keep “COFFEE” as the category. In the Usage limits tab > Limit usage to X items, set the limit to 5. Now link this coupon to the Product that you want the customers to purchase. (E.g., Gift 5 Coffees)
