AutomateWoo is a powerful tool, but it lacks an essential feature: a way to effectively analyse and compare the performance of workflows. As a marketing manager, it’s critical to understand which workflows contribute the most to conversions and overall success.
Proposed Solution
Introduce a Workflow Performance Dashboard with the following capabilities: A consolidated view of all workflows, displaying key metrics such as:
• Conversion rates.
• Revenue generated per specific workflow.
• The ability to compare workflows side by side to identify top performers and, most importantly, to pinpoint workflows that are underperforming or not working at all.
Why This Matters
Without these insights, we are unable to evaluate the effectiveness of our workflows or prioritise optimisations. This feature would save significant time and provide actionable data to improve marketing strategies and overall performance.

Thanks, that gives a clear picture of what’s needed.
For the conversions list not filtering by a single workflow. That seems to be an oversight as the original report was separate and didn’t support workflow filtering. Now that both reports are visible on the Analytics > Conversions page, it makes more sense to filter both the chart and the list at the bottom. I’ve reported this as an internal issue so we can take a look.
As for the other improvements you suggested, they are noted, and we’ll need to gauge the interest and see how they would fit into any future roadmaps.
Hi Michael, it’s a pleasure to discuss this topic with you, and I hope I can help clarify what I meant. To start with, we’re already using the conversion tracking feature, but the statistical charts generated are unfortunately incomplete, or at least not as clear as they should be to help us immediately identify the best course of action.
Let me explain further. As you mentioned, it’s currently impossible to compare workflows, which would be incredibly useful—for example, when dealing with similar workflows and wanting to conduct A/B testing. However, putting that aside, when I try to select an individual workflow, it’s true that the chart updates to show the statistics related to the specific workflow that generated conversions. Yet, the list of conversions below remains unchanged—it still displays all workflows, not just those related to the selected one. This means I have no way to measure more accurately which types of orders were successfully completed thanks to that specific workflow. The only data I’m left with is the statistical chart, which isn’t particularly actionable on its own.
If, instead, I could see which orders were completed thanks to that specific workflow, I could better assess whether it’s actually achieving its intended purpose.
Additionally, it would be hugely helpful if AutomateWoo could tell me how many times a workflow led to a conversion relative to the total number of times that workflow was executed. For instance, if an automation to recover abandoned carts was triggered 1,000 times in a year but only resulted in 10 conversions, it would indicate there’s an issue. However, this information isn’t currently available on the chart. To obtain it, I need to cross-reference data from other pages.
Do you see what I mean? For the marketing team, having a single screen with all the relevant statistics is crucial for assessing what’s working, the results being achieved, and where to focus efforts for improvement.
Thank you!
Some of what you are describing, is already available if you’ve enabled “Conversion tracking” on your workflows: https://woocommerce.com/document/automatewoo/conversion-tracking/
If you go to Analytics > Conversions you should be able to get an overview of how your workflows have been performing. It might not have a side by side comparison option, but you could select a report for a single workflow and open a second tab/window for another single workflow to compare the two.
This looks something like this (generated test data): https://cloudup.com/clcWdS0T38X
Let us know if that’s the functionality you were describing or if there are other reports that would be helpful to uncover additional information.
