Delete line items when deleting bundle from subscription
Our customers can subscribe to meal packs/bundles and often want to swap bundles around. When we delete a bundle manually from the admin backend we also have to delete every $0 line item which is incredibly time consuming. It would be better if when deleting the bundle that contains the $0 line items, the line items would get deleted automatically.
