Use conditional logic to restrict the shipping and payment options available on your store.
Free Shipping On Multi Store
We currently have the plugin on the Coding Mall (https://codingmall.com/wordpress/203-multi-sites-for-wordpress-and-woocommerce) and we need the plugin to not offer free shipping to all the customers.

If you want to disable free shipping for all customers, then the Conditional Shipping and Payments plugin is not required to do this. You can instead disable the free shipping option under WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping: https://woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-shipping-zones/#adding-shipping-methods-to-zones
This will ensure that all customers who go through checkout on your site will not have free shipping as a shipping option.
