Multi language merchant center support, with different domains

Add different connection/integration setup for each language (and domain) configured in WPML.

Now for each language only one merchant center account can be connected. Please add the feature that every language/domain in WPML can set it’s on Google Merchant center connection.

    We noticed that there is a similar request about this, which currently has more votes: https://woocommerce.com/feature-request/make-the-google-listings-ads-plugin-compatible-with-wpml-to-have-feeds-in-several-languages/. To better prioritize requests, we aim to keep 1 request open per feature. That’s why I will close this one. I encourage you to upvote the above request instead.
