Need the birthday field be at My Account page (front-end) for members.

Hello,

I’m running a WooCommerce site project.

1. It needs the birthday field to be on My Account page (front-end) for members.

Is this plugin available for it?

2. Could the birthday field be set to not be edited once a member has filled it? We’d not like it could be modified again and again, right?

3. Could the notification email template and its hook be used/integrated with any other email template or funnel plugin?

    The DoB field data filled out at registration is displayed in customer’s my account section and cannot be edited.
