the customer paid for the order via PayPal and also paid for the next order via PayPal (see screenshot in the file attachment), but when I came to work at 9 a.m. the next working day – he had both orders the WooCommerce system is marked as “cancelled” and I should manually mark the two orders as “in process” – the reason for this is described on the left as follows (see some screenshots in the file attachment):

and then marked as “cancelled” by the WooCommerce system after 60 minutes for the following reason:
2. Unpaid order canceled – time limit reached. Order status changed from Pending Payment to Canceled.
Even though the order was paid via PayPal.
After that I was recommended to check PayPal WebHooks – and they don’t work (see screenshot in the file attachment)
