Update Stripe Gateway to be compatible with Stripe’s new version of “Checkout”.
Woocommerce is currently using the API version 2019-02-19. In order for charges to be eligible for Chargeback protection charges “need to go through new checkout”
The API version we use is not relevant to Stripe’s Chargeback Protection feature. Since Chargeback Protection only works for the Stripe-hosted Checkout pages, our plugin cannot use it, since in our case each merchant’s site hosts their own payment form. Closing this request.
