PayPal Payments for WooCommerce

Due to recent changes in California law, there are many of your sellers that need Adult Signature Restricted Delivery as an add on option for USPS tracked packages. Currently, you only have Adult Signature Delivery, which isnt the same thing.

If you don’t add it, I, and others, will eventually find someone who does. Nothing personal, but having to copy and paste every California delivery i do to the usps website to get a label is going to get old quickly. No offense.

I code so I know that this should be very easy to get done.
