  Hide VAT field when order is zero

  Validate VAT number on the account details page

  The VAT number is only validated on the checkout page by this plugin. It’d be reasonable to validate it on the account details (my-account/edit-account) page for customers, too.   Tax exempt orders should still report an Tax Id in the REST API.

  Many connectors between Woocommerce and accounting programs require orders to have an Tax ID (from the Taxes inside WooCommerce), even when the customer/order is exempt from paying any Tax.   Descriptive Error messaging – Products show as out of stock when variations have no price.

  Presently when the variations of a variable product have no dollar value set. The product page displays the message ‘This product is currently out of stock and unavailable.’ This led me down a rabbit-hole looking for issues with inventory. We can do better. Right?

  SKU character handling

  I have a series of variation parts that use a dash in the part number and Woocommerce keeps telling me I have duplicate SKUs. I had to remove the dash to make it work. Example 7277-2-5 and 7277-2-3 cant work together.
