Add support for Switzerland
The VAT in Switzerland works pretty much the same as in the EU. Except for the authorities in charge. The Swiss government offers a service similar to the one you use to validate/verify EU VAT numbers. Validate the VAT number before submitting the form
Ajax validation of the VAT number prior to placing the order. At the moment the VAT number is only validated by submitting the form but not all non-B2B customers have VAT numbers so you turning it on would exclude all those without VAT numbers.
