The usage of the VAT field is not nessesairy when no amount is to be paid. Please hide the field on orders that are zero.

Presently when the variations of a variable product have no dollar value set. The product page displays the message ‘This product is currently out of stock and unavailable.’ This led me down a rabbit-hole looking for issues with inventory. We can do better. Right?
I have a series of variation parts that use a dash in the part number and Woocommerce keeps telling me I have duplicate SKUs. I had to remove the dash to make it work. Example 7277-2-5 and 7277-2-3 cant work together.
