Stop users from setting a different country for digital products thus buying it cheaper
When a user has a digital product in the checkout he can choose which ever country he wants to and that way he gets a cheaper price in (B2C) transactions. When the checkbox appears if he clicks it he can get though and make the transition. I need this to be fixed only for digital […]

Tax exempt orders should still report an Tax Id in the REST API.
Many connectors between Woocommerce and accounting programs require orders to have an Tax ID (from the Taxes inside WooCommerce), even when the customer/order is exempt from paying any Tax. Looking at the WooCommerce REST API (https://woocommerce.github.io/woocommerce-rest-api-docs/#order-properties), the Order->Line_Items->Taxes shouldn’t be empty, and thus any other third party is not expecting it to be empty. Still […]

Validate VAT number on the account details page
The VAT number is only validated on the checkout page by this plugin. It’d be reasonable to validate it on the account details (my-account/edit-account) page for customers, too. Alternatively, you could make $wc_eu_vat_my_account a global and then the following snippet would implement what I’m advising. add_action(‘woocommerce_save_account_details’, function ($id) { global $wc_eu_vat_my_account; try { $user = […]

Taxes report missing order totals without tax
The Taxes report is missing the major data point that is required when reporting taxes to the EU. They want the taxable amount for each location. The taxable amount is the order total before taxes.

Automatically prepend the country code based on the selected billing country
Hello, Is it possible to develop a feature where the plugin automatically prepends the correct country code based on the selected billing country? For example, if a user forgets to add the country code prefix or enters it in all lowercase (causing it not to work), they may become frustrated and leave the website—leading to […]

It should be possible to remove “(Optional)” from the Vat Number Field
It should be possible to remove “(Optional)” from the VAT Number Field and have it as a requirement. Valinnainen means optional and it’s still there, even if you check the checkmark for B2B and there’s no way to customize.
