  Allow customer to add the gift card into the coupon input

  After activating the plugin, the « Have a Gift Card? » form will be hidden, and customers will be able to apply gift card codes using the coupon input field.   Include a link or QR code on gift card email, where gift card receiver can check card balance when needed. (as of now, the customer has to add product to cart, and then add gift card code to the checkout. Only to check the balance)
