  Free gift with subscription purchase

  Currently, there is no way to tie a free gift to the purchase of a subscription. For instance, I have a coffee company, the box of coffee can be purchased as a single unit, or a monthly subscription. Currently I cannot add the free gift in the event of a subscription in the cart.

  Compatibility with Price based on Country

  The Plugin is currently noch compatible with Price based on Country. This results in a bug. When the store credit is used on a subscription renewal with an alternativ (not default) currency of the shop, the store credit is never fully applied. There is always an amount left on the store credit. Thank you.

  My store sells retail and wholesale. My wholesale clients are not required to pay sales tax to me for resale products. Please add an option to exclude sales tax with coupon code. Thanks!

  Ability to not count the first qty item in the discount

  It would be useful to us if when applying a discount based on quantity, the discount didn’t apply to the first item. So for a single product, 1 is full price, 2, 3, 4 and so on have the discount applied.
