  On the admin emails for an order, make the payment method text as the same text the customer sees

  On legacy Stripe, the payment method name the client sees was the same as what was shown on the email notification sent to the admin, e.g. Credit Card (Stripe) – now it shows as Credit card / debit card with no way to edit it
