  Rounding function for Swiss Shops

  In Switzerland prices are always mathematically rounded to CHF 0.05. Hence, CHF 9.92 will be CHF 9.90. Therefore, it would be great to have that built in into WooCommerce Core so no complicated custom function is needed to achieve that.
