Running your store from spreadsheets is great – until stock in WooCommerce and stock in your sheet don’t match.
Stock Sync Sheets for WooCommerce connects your Google Sheets directly to your WooCommerce products. It reads your inventory from one or more sheets, matches each row to the correct product, and updates:
No more constant CSV imports, no more copy-paste mistakes, and far fewer “sorry, we’re actually out of stock” emails.

If some of these features differ slightly in your current build, you can simply delete or adjust that bullet (e.g. if scheduling is v1.1+ only).

This extension is ideal if:
No. It only updates stock quantity and stock status for products that already exist in WooCommerce. It does not create new products or change prices.
From your own Google Sheets. You control the sheet, rows, and columns; the extension reads that data and syncs the matching products.
Rows with no clear match are listed in a manual review area. You can search your products and link them manually, or mark them to be ignored.
Syncs are designed to run in the background and process products in batches, so they don’t block normal store traffic. For very large catalogs, you can schedule syncs at quieter times.
Yes. Use Dry Run mode to see which products would be updated and how, before running a live sync.
Yes. You can configure multiple sheets (for example, one per supplier or warehouse) and sync them from the same admin area.
