FacturaDirecta Integration for WooCommerce

Connect your WooCommerce store with FacturaDirecta, the fast and simple cloud invoicing software.

Invoices (including simplified invoices, full invoices, and refund invoices) are created automatically in your FacturaDirecta account when orders reach the status you choose. Each invoice is generated with your selected numbering series, payment account, and PDF template, fully synced with your store data.

This extension saves time, reduces support requests, and makes sure invoices are always available where they’re needed.

Features:

• Automatic integration: invoices are generated in FacturaDirecta directly from WooCommerce orders, with support for simplified invoices, full invoices, and refund invoices.
• Customizable triggers: choose whether invoices are created on “processing”, “completed”, or other order statuses.
• Invoice settings: define the invoice series, assign a bank account, and select a PDF template for your invoices. Separate numbering series can be configured for simplified invoices and refund invoices.
• Smart fiscal logic: automatic invoice type detection based on fiscal ID presence and order total. Includes configurable fiscal-ID threshold that determines when a full invoice is required.

• Easy access: invoices are available to customers in My account and to store admins in the WooCommerce Orders panel. Includes direct “Edit Invoice” link to open the invoice in FacturaDirecta.

• No Zapier required: FacturaDirecta’s official integration relies on Zapier. With this extension, you connect WooCommerce directly and avoid extra costs or complexity.

Note: This extension reads the customer fiscal ID directly from WooCommerce order meta (not user meta), and supports the following keys: _billing_nif, billing_nif, _billing_dni, billing_dni, _billing_nie, billing_nie, _billing_cif, billing_cif, plus nif, dni, nie, _nif, _dni, _nie, NIF, DNI, NIE, _NIF, _DNI, and _NIE. If your checkout stores the tax ID under any of these meta names, it will be automatically sent to FacturaDirecta and used to determine the correct invoice type.
