If your store sells anything custom, you know the problem. Customers ask for a price, you send a quote, and then they disappear. PriceWise Pro puts a live price calculator on your product pages instead. Customers pick a size, options, quantity or dates, watch the price update as they go, and add to cart or download a branded PDF quote.
Build your calculator using any combination of these:
Choice fields can also show as colour circles or image tiles instead of a plain list.
Signs and banners, large format print, glass and cut to size, worktops, joinery and panels, covers and tarpaulins, apparel and garment print, business cards and stationery, flooring and tiling, hire and rental, photography and events, cleaning and home services, solar and installation work. If your price is a sum of size, options, quantity or time, it fits.
Yes. It works with simple products, variable products, all of them. You just need to make sure the product has a regular price set (any number is fine) and your calculator has at least one field added. Both of those need to be true for it to show up on the product page.
Not at all. Everything is done through a point and click interface. You add fields by clicking, you write pricing formulas in plain text like you would in Excel, and you pick colors from a color picker. Most people have their first calculator live in under 15 minutes.
Yes. Every option in a dropdown, radio button, checkbox or swatch can carry its own price. Add-ons can be a flat fee, a fee per unit, a fee per size, or a percentage such as a rush fee. You can also write a full formula that multiplies, divides or combines fields however your pricing works.
Yes, fully. Whatever the customer picks or types shows up in the cart, at checkout, in the order confirmation email, on the PDF quote, and inside your WooCommerce admin. Customers can also edit a configured item from the cart with their answers already filled in.
Yes, three ways actually. You can assign it globally so it applies to every single product in your entire store at once. You can assign it to a whole category so every product in that category gets it automatically. Or you can assign different calculators to specific individual products if you need them to be different. There is a priority system that controls which one shows up when more than one is assigned, so you always stay in control.
Two things to check. First, make sure your calculator has at least one field added in the Fields tab. Second, make sure the WooCommerce product itself has a regular price set, even just putting 1 in there is enough. Both of those need to be in place for the calculator to appear.
Yes. Measurement fields price by area, length, volume or weight. You can add a waste percentage, round up to whole units or boxes, a minimum charge and a setup fee. It suits flooring, fabric, glass, signs and anything cut to size.
Yes. The live price follows your store's currency format, and every word the customer sees can be typed in your own language in the settings. WPML and Polylang are supported, and CURCY and FOX currency switchers are tested. It also works on phones and tablets, with the same fields and prices as on a desktop.
