When a title, price, stock level, or billing detail changes, it records the old value and the new value side by side, along with the editor’s name, email, user ID, IP address, and the exact time it happened.

WooCommerce doesn’t track this on its own. Once a price is overwritten or a stock count is edited, the previous value is gone – there’s no way to know what it used to be, or who changed it. This extension closes that gap with a searchable, exportable log that requires no code and no third-party service.

How It Works

1. Install and activate the plugin through the WordPress Plugins screen. WooCommerce must already be installed and active.
2. Configure in WooCommerce → Settings → Change Log. Enable logging for products, prices, and orders independently, and set your retention period.
3. The plugin tracks changes automatically as soon as tracking is enabled – no further setup required.
4. Review entries anytime in the Change Log table, filterable by product or order, sorted newest first.
5. Export to CSV whenever you need the data outside your WordPress admin.
