Annalee Dolls
Early in 2015 Annalee Dolls reached out to FirstTracks for help changing the company’s OpenCart and MAS90 CRM system to a more integrated system that would be easier to manage, market and convert more online sales. We worked closely with Annalee on its business goals and determined that the best path forward would be to rebuild its website using WordPress, WooCommerce, Acctivate and QuickBooks. We completely redesigned the site from the ground up. The result was a brand new site that loaded 100% faster (sub 1 second), increased average conversion rate from 2.5% up to 5%, and provided a fully integrated system that allows for much more efficient and profitable operations.
