If your store sells anything custom, you know the problem. Customers ask for a price, you send a quote, and then they disappear. PriceWise Pro puts a live price calculator on your product pages instead. Customers pick a size, options, quantity or dates, watch the price update as they go, and add to cart or download a branded PDF quote.

Why shops add it

  • Customers get a price right away – they order on the spot instead of leaving to buy from someone who shows one
  • It takes orders while you sleep – someone who needs 200 flyers at 11pm on a Sunday can order then, not wait for your reply on Monday
  • It keeps selling without you – the calculator does the quoting, so you stop being the bottleneck

Every way your price can be worked out

  • By measurement – area, length, volume or weight, with a waste percentage, rounding to whole units and a minimum charge
  • Size by quantity grid – the customer picks a size and a quantity, and the price comes out of your table
  • Options and add-ons – every option carries its own price, and extras can be a flat fee, per unit, per size or a percentage
  • Dates and bookings – a date range priced per night or per day, or hours on one day priced per hour
  • Quantity price breaks – the unit price drops as the quantity goes up, typed in or imported from a CSV
  • Your own formula – write it in plain text, like length * width * rate, with if, min, max, round, ceil and floor. Or skip formulas and set a rate right on a field

The 15 field types you can use

Build your calculator using any combination of these:

  • Text Input – for names, custom messages, or any written info. Can also charge per letter or per word
  • Number Input – for quantities, dimensions, or anything where they type in a number
  • Dropdown – a list they pick from, each option can have its own price
  • Radio Buttons – pick one from a few choices, each choice affects the price differently
  • Checkboxes – tick as many as they want and the prices all add up
  • Slider – drag a handle to pick a number, great for quantities or sizes
  • File Upload – customers upload their design or logo, one file or up to 20
  • Measurement – area, length, volume or weight, with waste and rounding, like flooring by the box
  • Price by size – a price table by size band, like curtain drops or sign sizes
  • Price grid – size by quantity, each cell with its own price
  • Date / booking – a date, a date range priced per night or day, or hours on one day priced per hour
  • Email – checks the address looks right before Add to Cart
  • Phone – checks the number before Add to Cart
  • Add-ons – optional extras on top of the main price
  • Repeat a set of fields – the customer adds another row, like “add another window”, and every row is priced

Choice fields can also show as colour circles or image tiles instead of a plain list.

Built for shops that price to order

Signs and banners, large format print, glass and cut to size, worktops, joinery and panels, covers and tarpaulins, apparel and garment print, business cards and stationery, flooring and tiling, hire and rental, photography and events, cleaning and home services, solar and installation work. If your price is a sum of size, options, quantity or time, it fits.

What else is in the box

  • PDF quotes – one click turns any order into a branded PDF, and it can go out with the order email
  • Questions that only appear when needed – pick engraving and the engraving box shows up, otherwise the form stays short
  • An itemised breakdown – the base price, each extra and the total, so the number never feels like a mystery
  • Edit from the cart – customers change a configured item with their answers already filled in
  • Secure pricing – the price is worked out again on your server at Add to Cart, so nobody can pay less by editing the page
  • Variable products – replace the variation price, add to it, or use it inside your formula
  • Shipping by real size and weight – worked out from the customer’s own measurements
  • Any country, any language – prices in your store’s currency format, every label in your own words, WPML and Polylang supported, CURCY and FOX currency switchers tested
  • Trade prices – fields that only certain customer roles see
  • Guided setup and 10 templates – flooring, curtains, topsoil, fabric, printing, apparel, cut to size, framing, banners and bulk printing
  • Three layouts – step by step, all in one card, or inline in your page, with more than 15 colour settings
  • Works on a phone – the same fields, prices and breakdown, stacked into one column
  • Import and export – move calculators between sites as JSON

Assign it your way

Frequently asked questions

Does the calculator work with any WooCommerce product?

Yes. It works with simple products, variable products, all of them. You just need to make sure the product has a regular price set (any number is fine) and your calculator has at least one field added. Both of those need to be true for it to show up on the product page.

Do I need to know how to code to use this?

Not at all. Everything is done through a point and click interface. You add fields by clicking, you write pricing formulas in plain text like you would in Excel, and you pick colors from a color picker. Most people have their first calculator live in under 15 minutes.

Can I charge extra for certain options?

Yes. Every option in a dropdown, radio button, checkbox or swatch can carry its own price. Add-ons can be a flat fee, a fee per unit, a fee per size, or a percentage such as a rush fee. You can also write a full formula that multiplies, divides or combines fields however your pricing works.

Will my customers' selections show up in the order?

Yes, fully. Whatever the customer picks or types shows up in the cart, at checkout, in the order confirmation email, on the PDF quote, and inside your WooCommerce admin. Customers can also edit a configured item from the cart with their answers already filled in.

Can I use the same calculator on multiple products?

Yes, three ways actually. You can assign it globally so it applies to every single product in your entire store at once. You can assign it to a whole category so every product in that category gets it automatically. Or you can assign different calculators to specific individual products if you need them to be different. There is a priority system that controls which one shows up when more than one is assigned, so you always stay in control.

What if the calculator is not showing up on my product page?

Two things to check. First, make sure your calculator has at least one field added in the Fields tab. Second, make sure the WooCommerce product itself has a regular price set, even just putting 1 in there is enough. Both of those need to be in place for the calculator to appear.

Can it price by size, like square metres or running feet?

Yes. Measurement fields price by area, length, volume or weight. You can add a waste percentage, round up to whole units or boxes, a minimum charge and a setup fee. It suits flooring, fabric, glass, signs and anything cut to size.

Does it work in my currency and language?

Yes. The live price follows your store's currency format, and every word the customer sees can be typed in your own language in the settings. WPML and Polylang are supported, and CURCY and FOX currency switchers are tested. It also works on phones and tablets, with the same fields and prices as on a desktop.
