    Functionality is great but so is the support. shockerhitch.com is very happy with Octocom's AI customer service Bots. We're using both the Chatbot and Telbot and have it answering questions all day every day (with a custom nearest dealer function they worked up for us on both) and taking orders with an Add To Cart API set up to provide a cart link via the Chatbot or email the cart link to the customer when it's via the Telbot. The AI bot is very adept at knowing when the conversation needs to be transferred to a live agent and does so with minimal issues.
