WooCommerce Multi-Store Manager extension lets you add unlimited stores based on shop locations and allows you to manage each store’s products, prices, stock, payment methods, and orders separately. You can also assign each store to your store managers to delegate responsibilities and ensure efficient store management.
Installation
↑ Back to top- Download Multi Store Manager .zip file from your WooCommerce account.
- At the WordPress Admin Panel, go to Plugins > Add New and Upload Plugin with the file you downloaded after purchase.
- Install Now and Activate Plugin.

Configuration

To use this extension you must have a Google API key. Go to https://console.cloud.google.com, sign in with your Google account, and create an API key. After that, enable several API services such as Map Embed API, Maps JavaScript API, Geocoding API, Places API, and Distance Matrix API.
General Settings:
↑ Back to topAfter installing the WooCommerce multi-store manager plugin, go to WooCommerce>Settings>Multi Store Manager>General Settings and add the Google API key to make this extension work on your site.
You can also check the options to automatically display the nearest store to customers, allow the shop managers to add more managers, and provide “Orders” access to shop managers. Set the custom message to display it when users change the store.
You can also enable/disable “Store Selection” widget, customize the widget and map display settings, and respective messages from here.
Add New Stores:
↑ Back to topNow click the “Add Stores” tab to see the list of existing newly created stores including the default store. You can edit and delete the stores as well.
Click the “Add Stores” button to add a new store.
In each new store setting, you can set the store name, address, location (using Google Maps), and payment method. You can also assign stores to shop managers having user roles as “Store Manager”.
Manage Stores:
↑ Back to topAt the backend, go to Manage Store > All Stores to see all the added stores and click the “Manage Store” button to manage a specific store.
In the “Products” tab, you can find all the products that was synchronized from the default store. But you can make the settings for this particular store such as products’ regular/sale prices, stock quantity, stock status, and shipping class.
Move to “Store Details” tab to view or edit the details of this store.
Click the “Orders” tab to see the orders received for this store and click “View order” button to view order details and take action on it.
Global Products Settings:
↑ Back to topVisit Manage Store > Global Product Settings to change the price/stock/shipping class of any product across all the stores. This is a very helpful feature, if you want to keep the same settings of any product for all the stores.
How will shop managers handle assigned shops?
↑ Back to topAfter signing in, shop managers can go to Manage Stores>All Stores to see all the assigned stores.
They can click the “Manage Store” button for the store they want to manage.
They can see all the products of selected store in the “Products” tab. They can configure the settings of any product such as price, stock and shipping class.
They can move to the “Orders” tab to see the received orders for that selected store and process the orders easily same as admin.
