It would be very useful if there were a delay “action.” That way one workflow could have multiple emails that get sent on different days. This would allow simple multi-day campaigns to be handled with one workflow instead of multiple. It would be a good complement to this feature request: Group workflows into campaigns

It would be extremely beneficial to include a feature in the Rules section that allows for comparison between the Order-Created Date and Order-Paid Date values. For instance, we require a workflow that alerts the shop manager when payment is received on a different day than the order was created.
