Schedule a follow-up email for a specific product on a chosen date
Select a product (which has variable dates) and choose a specific date for email to send out and email will send to all people who purchased the product on that scheduled date.

Add a new trigger to remind the user after not have logged in after a specific period of time
Use case: A user logs into the website. After a specific period of time of have not been logged in onto the website, a follow-up email is sent. Basically this is a new trigger based on days spent without having logged onto the website 🙂

Follow-up Emails – Reminder for Courses & Appointments
It would be very helpful for Follow-up Emails plug-in to have a Reminder for people who sell Courses & Appointments. Ideally the reminder can be linked with the product date/course date and a reminder email could go out a few days before the course or specified time.

Offer ability to disable tracking pixel for legal privacy compliance
Follow-up plugin automatically adds a tracking pixel to each sent email. It basically tracks as soon as someone is opening the email. This is not allowed according to the working party on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data in the EU unless you have gotten explicit consent to actually […]

Follow Ups extension to recognise email changes. The extension doesn’t recognise when a subscriber changes their email address
Currently, the plugin doesn’t recognise when a subscriber updates their email address resulting in undelivered emails. With subscription lengths between 1 & 5 years, we have a lot of email changes and this means a lot of undelivered emails, which leads to a drop in renewals. All emails are queued using the subscriber’s email address […]

AutomateWoo Rules – Customer Billing/Shipping Postcode
Our Site has AutomateWoo Emails that send Order Notifications whenever an order is placed. I have them set up to send to Store1/Store2 depending on the customer’s postcode. The issue is, AutomateWoo’s Rules only allow to target ‘Customer – Postcode’, and does not specify Billing or Shipping Postcode. This disallows me from being able to […]

Add Multiple Subscriptions for the Subscription emails
We should be able to send the exact same e-mail, without having the need to repeat the procedure many times, to different type of subscriptions. Valid Subscriptions or course. Now the subscription email will only allow you to choose a “single subscription” and this is very time consuming and mistakes can easily happen since it […]

Subject follow ups
Allow separate Email Subject and Email Heading, the way the default WooCommerce emails behave. Current behavior forces both to be the same in Follow Ups. Would be trivial for you guys to add a new field and allow those to be set independently.
