Add the ability to set at fixed send date for a follow up email in Follow-Up plugin
I would like to be able to send the email at a specific date (used together with e.g. “purchase complete status”), rather than at a certain amount of time after the purchase/status change. My client is selling online courses, and we would like to send out the course info on the specific date when the […]

HTML code to use Follow-ups as autoresponder
I want the subscribers to be part of the follow-ups process. I just would like to make it easier and without leaving the page f.e via overlay. So I would need an HTML code that does the same for wordpress as the HTML codes does for autoresponders f.e. when using a service like concertbox

Timed release feature on “Follow-Up Emails”
A feature on “Follow-up Emails” where batches of emails can be sent over a period of time. For example, if you have 1000 emails to send out can a feature say send ‘x’ emails every ‘x’ minutes (i.e.., send 100 emails every ’30’ minutes). In my case my hosting company will block bulk mailing of […]

Add the ability to notify subscibers of new blog posts
Add a function to notify subscibers of new blog posts therefore avoiding the need to have a Mailchimp or specialist plugin to carry out this task.

Follow Ups shipping
Add variable to include shipping costs. I don’t understand why this isn’t already there. Shouldn’t what’s included in the standard, default WooCommerce emails be available in Follow Ups?

Follow up email plugin – Add Item URL
Before the last update I was able to add {item Url} to Storewide emails and all products. This feature has now been removed in latest update and can only be used on storewide and specific products meaning I have to create 207 separate emails for this to work.

subscriptions follow up emails
Add a trigger for Subscription Switching (Upgrading/Downgrading). You have triggers for a lot of other subscription hooks, but not when the user upgrades, downgrades, or switching their subscription, ie the woocommerce_subscriptions_switch_completed hook.

Check the rules between the emails after adding products to cart
Example scenario: Client adds one product from category X to their cart, and one product from category Y. We’d like to send email #1 if the user has category X product(s) in the cart, but email #2 if the user has category Y products in the cart. If the user has products from both X […]

Allow sending manual emails based on order status
After a while we end up with a long list of “pending payment” and/or “on hold” orders, covering a several month period of time. There should be a way to send a followup email to just that group of orders/people. After a long discussion with techsupport, I had to buy a third-party extension to do […]

Linking to reports from email list
We were just asked by a client how they could check where single mails have been sent to. That can be found in the Reports (wp-admin/admin.php?page=followup-emails-reports) under said email’s name. May I suggest to add a link “View Report” to the Emails list (wp-admin/admin.php?page=followup-emails)? Or even better make links out of Sent/Opens/Clicks in that list’s […]
