  Fix the Performance Tab UI on Day 0

  When installed the Performance tab seems like it intends to shop prior data, but only shows ITS OWN data, which means it will show zeros for a few days. Normal users will expect that the tab will actually query the Orders history on Day 0.

  remove everything option

  Even we delete plugin, there are huge leftovers in database. there must be an option and we can choose if we delete plugin, all related database records should be removed.
