  Allow date format to be customized for {availability_date}

  In other languages the date format can be different. In German it looks very unusual the way how pre-orders plugin presents the date (although with German Text). Therefore it would be great to be able to pass a parameter for the date format used.

  Feature request: add an option to enable pre-orders automatically when stock hits zero
