Turn past orders into repeat purchases

The biggest barrier to a repeat purchase is friction. A customer who loved your product last month shouldn’t have to search your catalog, or scroll through their WooCommerce order history page, to find it and buy it again. This plugin removes that friction entirely.

Inside their My Account area, customers get a clean, scannable list of all previously ordered products. They can adjust the quantity and hit Add to Cart without leaving the page. It’s a true one-click reorder experience, similar to the “Buy Again” page shoppers know from major marketplaces. For stores with repeat buyers (consumables, food, supplements, fashion, homeware, pet supplies), this single page can meaningfully lift reorder rates and customer retention.

A better order history experience than the default My Account page

The standard WooCommerce Orders tab shows past orders as a list of order numbers and dates. To re-order a product, customers have to open old orders one by one and work out what was inside them.

This extension replaces that experience with a product-first view of purchase history: instead of browsing past orders, customers browse the actual products they’ve purchased before, with images, prices, current stock status, and an Add to Cart button on every row. It’s the difference between an order archive and a personal, shoppable “buy again” catalog built from each customer’s own past purchases.

Hide past orders and add custom product nicknames

Not every customer wants to see every product they’ve ever ordered. A gift bought once, a product they didn’t like, a one-off purchase: the list gives them full control over their purchase history.

  • Hide any previously ordered product with a single click. The item disappears from the list without being deleted.
  • A Show Hidden Items toggle lets customers review their hidden past orders and restore anything at any time.
  • If a customer re-orders a hidden product, it is automatically restored to their visible list. No manual unhiding needed.
  • Custom product nicknames let customers rename products with labels that make sense to them (“Dad’s coffee”, “Office printer paper”, “Store #2 refill”). Especially useful for variable products and for B2B customers managing multiple SKUs.
  • Nicknames can be added, changed, or cleared at any time, inline on the page.

Variable Products, Handled Properly

When a customer has previously ordered multiple variations of the same product, such as different sizes, colors, flavors, or formats, the plugin groups them correctly under the parent product, with the exact variation labels shown for each. Customers can re-order any specific variation directly from their past purchases list, without navigating to the product page and selecting options manually.

Built for B2B, wholesale, and bulk reordering

Wholesale and B2B customers order the same products again and again. This extension gives them a fast, reliable reorder workflow:

  • Their full order history as a product list, not buried inside individual orders
  • Quantity selectors on every row for quick bulk re-ordering
  • Product nicknames so buyers can match items to their own internal names or SKU references
  • Hide controls to keep seasonal or one-off purchases out of the way

For wholesale stores, distributors, and B2B WooCommerce sites, the Previously Ordered Products page becomes the fastest path from login to a completed repeat order.

A Discontinued Products System Built In

When products get delisted, most stores leave customers stranded with broken links and dead ends, especially customers trying to re-order something from their past purchases. This plugin solves that with a dedicated discontinued products workflow:

  • Mark any product as Discontinued from a new tab inside the WooCommerce product editor
  • A customizable banner appears on the product page with your discontinued message
  • Discontinued products are automatically removed from purchase, so there’s no accidental add to cart
  • Set a replacement product link and button text to direct customers to the right alternative
  • Add alternative product suggestions directly on the discontinued product page
  • Set a global discontinued message that applies to all discontinued products, or override it per product
  • Auto-discontinue when stock hits zero: products are marked as Discontinued automatically when they run out
  • Banner colors are fully customizable from the WooCommerce settings panel

Simple Admin Setup

All settings live inside a dedicated tab in WooCommerce settings. No separate admin menus, no complex configuration.

  • Set the My Account menu label for the Previously Ordered page (call it “Buy Again”, “Past Orders”, “Order History”, or “Reorder”, whatever fits your store)
  • Customize the page heading and optional intro text shown to customers
  • Set the accent and heading color to match your brand
  • Configure the global discontinued banner message, background color, and text color
  • Reset all colors to defaults with a single button
  • Product-level discontinued settings are managed from a new Discontinued tab inside each product

Performance and Compatibility

  • Transient caching on ordered item lookups keeps the page fast even for customers with long order history
  • Cache invalidates automatically when an order status changes or a new order is placed
  • Fully compatible with WooCommerce High Performance Order Storage (HPOS)
  • Fully compatible with WooCommerce Cart and Checkout Blocks
  • Works with both classic checkout and blocks checkout for new order detection
  • Clean uninstall removes all plugin data from the database

Frequently asked questions

How can customers view their previously ordered products in WooCommerce?

Once the plugin is active, a new tab appears in the customer's My Account area listing every product they have purchased before, with images, prices, and one-click reorder. The menu label is fully customizable from the WooCommerce settings panel.

Is this like a "Buy Again" page for WooCommerce?

Yes. Instead of browsing past orders one by one, customers see a product-first list of their entire purchase history and can re-order any item, or any specific variation, in one click.

Can customers hide past orders or products from the list?

Yes. Any previously ordered product can be hidden with a single click. A Show Hidden Items toggle lets customers review and restore hidden products at any time. Nothing is ever deleted.

What happens when a customer hides a product and then reorders it?

The plugin automatically restores the product to their visible list when a new order containing it is completed. The customer does not need to manually unhide it.

Can customers rename products with nicknames?

Yes. Customers can add a custom nickname to any product in their list. This is useful for variable products and for B2B buyers who use their own internal names for items. Nicknames can be changed or cleared at any time.

Does it work with variable products?

Yes. Variable products are grouped under their parent in the list, with each previously ordered variation shown with its label (e.g. Size M / Blue). Customers can reorder any specific variation directly from the list.

Is this suitable for B2B or wholesale reordering?

Yes. The combination of a product-based order history, quantity selectors, nicknames, and hide controls makes it a fast bulk re-order workflow for wholesale and B2B customers.

What does the Discontinued status do exactly?

Marking a product as Discontinued prevents it from being added to the cart and displays a customizable banner on the product page. You can also set a replacement product link and show alternative product suggestions on the same page.

Can I set a different discontinued message per product?

Yes. The global discontinued message applies to all discontinued products, and you can override it with a custom message on any individual product from the Discontinued tab in the product editor.

Can products be discontinued automatically?

Yes. Enable auto-discontinue on a product and it is automatically marked as Discontinued when its stock quantity reaches zero.

Does it work with WooCommerce HPOS and Checkout Blocks?

Yes, fully compatible with High Performance Order Storage and with Cart and Checkout Blocks.

Is customer data removed when the plugin is uninstalled?

Yes. Running the uninstaller removes all plugin-created database tables and stored data cleanly.
