Connect WooCommerce to Lightspeed Retail and keep inventory in sync across both systems

The Lightspeed Retail Point of Sale integration for WooCommerce enables your WooCommerce store and Lightspeed Point of Sale account to communicate and keep inventory in sync.

Please Note: this plugin does NOT integrate with Lightpseed eComm. It is specific to Lightspeed Retail.

When a new sale comes in via your Point of Sale system, stock quantities are updated within WooCommerce. When a new order arrives via WooCommerce, your Lightspeed Retail account reflects the same inventory numbers.

    So far this is a terrible plugin for the price.
    We have 7 stores that each have their own inventory.
    This plugin only allows you to SYNC stock quantities from 1 store?
    This ENTIRELY defeats the purpose of setting up a website to sell our stock online…
    I can’t recommend this plugin at all as of right now.

    The most intelligent and strongest integration with a POS system I have ever seen.
    Also, let me tell you about the customer service. They are fast, great problem solver, and you can definitely trust them.     I have not been able to synchronize my inventory for 3 weeks while I wait for support to respond. There are many recurring issues with the extensions and support is super slow to respond and fix, don’t bother purchasing.

    poor ability to search for products: can't search by SKU, category, sync status, import status, etc... basically only by product name. Makes it very tedious when dealing with any collection of products more than a couple hundred. Sort Ordering by Imported Date or Last Sync date provides a little ability to group items, but then relies on tedious pagination. Sync functions often fail for unknown reasons. No real ability to map/sync products already in woocommerce with items from Lightspeed (relies on all items being imported from Lightspeed as a starting action)

    It doesn't seem to work as expected. Syncing and importing seems to bring over data that is out of date and it broke the customizer when installed

    Some of the synching in this plugin is half-baked. We’ve had this plugin for almost a year and haven’t been able to complete a full setup of the synching. This is a bad solution if you’ve already got a successful WooCommerce store.

    This product is working really well now, after the release of version 1.7.8. This plugin syncs field data and inventory between Lightspeed and WooCommerce, and has allowed us to scale up our online shop quickly now that our physical location is affected by the pandemic.

      Hi woodsygrant & fellow Lightspeed POS users. I just wanted to update everyone and respond to Grant’s comment:

      > Sales cause matrix item attributes to disappear or be reassigned, order confirmation and notification emails do not show correct product variations

      This should be fixed in v1.7.8.

      > inventory does not update in Lightspeed when a sale is made via WooCommerce

      This was a JavaScript error that was fixed in v1.7.8.

      > SKUs do not sync well (it pulls a SKU from one of 3 fields in Lightspeed, seemingly at random)

      This has been documented in a new FAQ section called “How are SKUs synced”? https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-lightspeed-pos/#section-32

      > and product imports from Lightspeed to WooCommerce have several issues, like assigning inventory to very old items that have no inventory in Lightspeed

    Rafi was great. There were some bumps and bruises along the way but that was mainly do to setting up the Matrix's correctly in LightSpeed POS. When I needed help Rafi was there to help right away. Couldn't be happier with the support.

    Connects my Lightspeed POS to my WooCom e-commerce site and allows for central inventory management. Plugin developer has been very quick to respond and correct any bugs or other issues that come up (which happen with all plugins).
