Stock & Prices Sync Setup and Installation
- Create a new account on EasyCSV
- Then you will be setting up a new WooCommerce Import Flow.
- For the first step “Where are your files or data coming from?”, choose where you want EasyCSV to get the file from.
- Upload an example CSV or XLSX file you have from your supplier or vendor.
- Choose to do the action “Update Stock and Prices”
- You will land in your new import flow.
- Map the spreadsheet columns to WooCommerce stock and price fields if not automatically mapped.
- Connect to your WooCommerc store by entering the URL to a live WooCommerce Store on the internet and click the connect button.
- Approve access to your WooCommerce store for EasyCSV.
- Test your new WooCommerce Import workflow, by uploading the latest file you have, emailing one to EasyCSV, or using EasyCSV to grab it from FTP or whatever source you need.

Order Export Setup and Installation
- Create a new account on EasyCSV
- Then you will be setting up a new WooCommerce Order Export Flow.
- For the first step “Where are your files or data coming from?”, choose WooCommerce.
- Enter the URL to a live WooCommerce Store on the internet and click the connect button.
- Approve access to your WooCommerce store for EasyCSV.
- Back on EasyCSV.io, for your destination data step titled “Choose where you want to send data from WooCommerce Orders:”, Choose “Email New CSV File”. Sending an Email with the Order CSV attached is good for testing. You can change it to FTP, SFTP, Google Drive, and many others at any time.
- You will land in your new import flow.
- Put in your email address to receive a CSV file for your exported Orders.
- Test your new WooCommerce Order Export workflow, by going to the top of the Flow you have setup and force fetch an order name/number that was created in the last 30 days.
