See Which Subscriptions Are Actually at Risk

Every open subscription gets a 0–100 churn risk score with the signals behind it. Your renewal forecast is built from your own success rate, not a guess. And if you want your numbers written up in plain English, AI Insights does that with your own API key.

1. Churn Risk Scoring — A 0–100 Risk Score for Every Open Subscription

With the signals behind each score, so you can see exactly why a subscriber is flagged.

Most stores learn about churn when a status flips to “Cancelled”. The Churn Risk report scores every active, on-hold and pending-cancellation subscription from a weighted sum of signals your store already has — failed renewal payments, overdue payments, on-hold status, manual renewals with no saved payment method, and subscriptions that have not yet completed a cycle.

  • Auditable, not a black box: Scoring is a deterministic weighted sum, and every contributing signal is listed per subscriber. No “the model said so”.
  • MRR at risk: High / Medium / Low band counts plus the recurring revenue sitting in each band, right at the top of the report.
  • Stays current: Scores recalculate nightly and again shortly after a subscription changes state, so a payment failure shows up without waiting for tomorrow.
  • Tunable weights: Every signal weight is exposed through a filter, so you can adjust the model to how your store actually behaves.

2. Revenue Forecast — What You Will Actually Collect, Not Just What Is Scheduled

Built from your own renewal success rate, with a range that reflects how much it varies.

Scheduled renewal totals are optimistic — some of them will fail. The forecast takes the gross amount scheduled in your chosen window and applies your store’s real renewal success rate, measured over your own billing history, to show the amount you can expect to collect and how much of it is owed by high-risk subscriptions.

  • Six horizons: 7, 30, 60, 90, 180 and 365 days, so you can plan a cash week or a full year.
  • An honest range: Low and high bounds derived from how much your monthly success rate has actually deviated, plus the number of months sampled.
  • Cross-referenced with churn risk: The amount and count of upcoming renewals belonging to high-risk subscriptions is called out separately.
  • Plain arithmetic, on your server: No model, no external call — just your own history, which means you can check the maths.

3. AI Insights — Your Numbers, Written Up in Plain English

Using your own Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini key — billed to your account, not ours.

AI Insights turns the totals on your Overview and Forecast tabs into a short written summary. It is disabled until you switch it on and enter a key, and it only runs when you click Generate or Regenerate. There is no zorem middleman: requests go straight from your store to the provider you chose.

  • Aggregate numbers only: Date range, currency, MRR / ARR this period and last, subscription counts, renewal totals and churn-risk band totals. That is the entire payload.
  • Never sent: No customer names, emails, user IDs, order IDs, addresses, payment details, product names or order records.
  • Your key, your bill, your choice of provider: Anthropic, OpenAI or Google. Keys are stored encrypted and are never sent to zorem.com.
  • Cached by content: Results are keyed by a hash of the numbers, so an unchanged period never regenerates and never re-bills.

4. Cancellation Themes — Find Out Why Customers Actually Leave

Ask on cancellation, then group the answers into themes.

When a customer cancels, they see an optional question on their account page. Their written answers land in the Cancellations report, where you can read them as they are — or switch on AI grouping to collapse hundreds of free-text answers into a handful of recurring themes.

  • Two independent switches: Collect feedback and read it yourself without ever sending it anywhere. Grouping is a separate opt-in.
  • Redacted before it leaves: Email addresses, web links and any run of seven or more digits are stripped, and each answer is truncated to 500 characters.
  • Unattributed: No subscription IDs, customer IDs, names or dates accompany the text.
  • Both off by default: Nothing is collected and nothing is sent until you turn it on.
