What this plugin does for you

Secure, on-demand PDF generation

Customers and admins generate a detailed PDF of any order with a single click. The PDF is built in real time and streamed directly to the browser — no file is ever written to a publicly accessible location on your server. Order data stays private regardless of who knows the order ID. No copy-pasting, no screenshots, no manual document assembly.

Three PDF layouts

Classic opens with a branded title bar, followed by a two-column order summary table, an items table with unit price, tax, and line total columns, a right-aligned totals block, and billing and shipping addresses displayed side by side. The most information-dense layout — suited to B2B documentation and admin use.

Invoice uses a formal structure: store name and a branded INVOICE badge on the same line at the top, a two-column block pairing invoice number, date, status, and payment details with the billed-to and shipped-to addresses, followed by a line-numbered items table and a totals section. Designed for orders that need to read as a formal business document.

Minimal strips out all colour blocks and uses clean monochrome rule lines throughout. A compact two-column meta grid replaces the summary table, and items and totals are rendered in plain text with no fill colours. Receipt-style output — ideal for customer-facing documents where simplicity is preferred.

Admin and customer PDFs can each be set to a different layout independently from settings.

18 individually toggleable data fields

Every piece of order data has its own checkbox in settings — configured separately for admin PDFs and customer PDFs. The full set of available fields covers the complete order record:

  • Order ID, Order Date, Order Status
  • Payment Method, Shipping Method
  • Order items table — with unit price, tax, and line total per item
  • Item meta data — variations and custom product options shown as sub-rows under each line item
  • Subtotal, Discount, Shipping Cost, Tax (with per-rate breakdown), Grand Total
  • Coupon codes used
  • Billing Address, Shipping Address
  • Order Notes (customer-visible notes)
  • Customer IP Address (admin PDF only)
  • Customer User Agent (admin PDF only)

Disable a field and it disappears from that PDF type immediately — no coding required.

Branded PDF output

Upload your store logo from the WordPress media library — it appears in the top-left corner of every PDF page. Set a custom accent colour that controls table header rows, section heading bars, and the grand total row. Write custom text for the header left, header right, and footer left. Footer right always shows the current page number. Header and footer can each be enabled or disabled independently. All branding settings are configured separately for admin and customer PDFs.

Sharing on 8 platforms plus Email PDF

The share popup appears on button click and gives both admins and customers the following options — every platform is individually toggleable from settings:

  • WhatsApp — opens the native app on mobile via wa.me
  • X (Twitter)
  • Telegram
  • Facebook
  • LinkedIn
  • Instagram — copies the share link to clipboard
  • Snapchat — copies the share link to clipboard
  • Email Link — opens the default mail client with the link in the message body
  • Download PDF — streams the PDF directly to the browser
  • Email PDF — sends the PDF as an attachment to the billing email address

Seamless WooCommerce integration

Download and share buttons appear automatically across all four locations where customers and admins already work with orders — no shortcodes to add, no template files to edit. Compatible with both standard WooCommerce order storage and HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage).

Configure your PDF and sharing settings

Navigate to WooCommerce → Settings → Download Orders. The settings panel is split into three tabs.

  • Admin PDF — choose the layout (Classic, Invoice, or Minimal), select which of the 18 fields appear in admin-generated PDFs, upload a logo, set the accent color, and configure header and footer content and colors.
  • Customer PDF — the same full set of options, configured independently for customer-generated PDFs. Choose a different layout, different fields, and different branding from the admin PDF if needed.
  • Share Platforms — toggle each of the 8 sharing platforms and the Email PDF option on or off. Changes take effect immediately for both admin and customer share popups.

All toggleable options — fields, platforms, header, footer — are enabled by default. Configure only what you want to change.

How admins and customers use it

For admins

Go to WooCommerce → Orders. A Download and Share column appears in the orders list — click the button for any order to open the share popup. The popup shows all enabled sharing platforms, a Download PDF button that streams the PDF immediately, and an Email PDF button that sends the document to the customer’s billing address. The same popup is also available inside the individual order edit screen under the order details panel.

For customers

Customers access the share popup from two places. On the Thank You page immediately after placing an order, a Download and Share button appears below the order summary — the ideal moment to encourage sharing while purchase excitement is highest. In My Account → Orders, a Download and Share column appears in the orders table, giving customers access to any past order at any time. The plugin verifies order ownership before generating any PDF — customers can only access their own orders.

Your customers want their orders. Make it effortless.
