WooCommerce Print Invoices & Packing Lists is a plugin available on the WooCommerce.com marketplace. This plugin allows e-commerce businesses to easily manage and print invoices, packing lists, and pick lists from the WooCommerce order admin. It provides the ability to print or email invoices and packing lists on demand, or automatically, based on order status. It also supports sequential invoice numbers and custom formatting. This tool is designed to streamline order fulfillment processes, making it easier for businesses to handle their shipping and billing tasks.

  1. Show Date* – Toggle the visibility of the date column.
  2. Show Status* – Toggle the visibility of the status column.
  3. Show Total* – Toggle the visibility of the total column.
  4. Show Contents* – Toggle the visibility of the contents column.
  5. Show Quantity* – Toggle the visibility of the product quantity inside the content column.
  6. Hide Action Buttons – Hide specific action buttons. Default value: ‘pay’, ‘view’, and ‘cancel’.

* Default value for controls marked with an asterisk is ‘yes’.

Table Headings

  1. Background – Set the background of the table headings, supporting both classic and gradient types.*
  2. Fonts – Customize the typography of the table headings.*
  3. Color – Set the color of the table headings.
  4. Text Shadow – Add a shadow effect to the text of the table headings.

Line Items

  1. Background – Set the background of the table rows, supporting both classic and gradient types.*
  2. Fonts – Customize the typography of the line items.*
  3. Color – Set the color of the line items.

Dividers

  1. Border Type – Set the type of border for the dividers, providing a list of border styles to choose from.*
  2. Width – Adjust the width of the border for the dividers.*
  3. Color – Set the color of the border for the dividers.*

Buttons

  1. Fonts – Customize the typography of the buttons.*
  2. Text Shadow – Add a shadow effect to the text of the buttons.
  3. Normal Tab – Customize the appearance of the buttons in their normal state. Set the text color, background, and box shadow.
  4. Hover Tab – Customize the appearance of the buttons when they are hovered over. Set the text color, background, box shadow, and border color. Set the transition duration in milliseconds.
  5. Border Type – Set the type of border for the buttons, providing a list of border styles to choose from.*
  6. Width – Adjust the width of the border for the buttons.*
  7. Color – Set the color of the border for the buttons.*
  8. Border Radius – Adjust the border radius of the buttons.*
  9. Padding – Set the padding of the buttons.*

* Controls related to ‘Background’, ‘Fonts’, ‘Border Type’, ‘Width’, ‘Color’, ‘Border Radius’, and ‘Padding’ support values in pixels (px), percentage (%), or em. Some controls are only available if the border type is not set to ‘none’.
