Smart Coupons cache helps your store load eligible coupons faster by temporarily storing results instead of repeatedly checking the database. When you clear the Smart Coupons cache, WooCommerce retrieves the latest coupon information, similar to updating your cart, without causing any visible change for customers.
Steps to clear the Smart Coupons cache

- Navigate to WooCommerce > Status.
- Click on the Tools tab.
- Scroll down until you find the section labeled WooCommerce Smart Coupons Cache.
- Click the Clear Smart Coupons Cache button.
That’s it!
The cache will now be cleared, and your updated coupon data should reflect properly across your store.
