I assume, or at least hope, you’ve been able to play a little bit with WooCommerce and our many extensions? 🙂

      • I’m actually building a site right now using Woo Commerce.

For this one, I’ve only needed the UPS extension, which is great by the way. But we’ll probably be adding Product Add-Ons later for a gift wrapping option for the holiday season.

  8. the multiple address plugin almost works perfectly…The UPS rates are not coming up correctly per each location…please look into this guys!

It should be treating each location as indiv. ship charge, right?

  9. If anyone has a demo of Woo’s PayPal Advanced I’d love to see it. I bought the Ignite Woo one and was not impressed.

      • Thanks, I should have waited for Woo. Will you be releasing a video similar to the one you have for Pay Pal Pro. I would love to see how well it integrates into the checkout process. Does it come close to PayPal Pro?

  10. Finally a user defined prices/donations extension for WooCommerce without the need to depend on gravity forms.

I can now use WooCommerce for my non-profit/charity clients.

Thanks for for keeping the pricing at 20 USD. Hopefully this plugin will be kept updated.

    • Hey Aprit,

Perfect way to use it! The pay what you want extension was asked about a lot over time in the support forum and tickets. Super happy that it’s out in the wild now. Glad to hear the price point is good!

      • I think I spoke too soon. I brought it immediately, and I didn’t realise it doesn’t support variable products 🙁

I can wait for the Subscription support but simple variable products is pretty much a deal breaker.

Most charity/non-profit donation require the donors to specify which location/project they are donating towards. Creating a donation product type for each project/location is too much work/pages also too bloated/confusing.

Anyway I can implement this temporarily till the plugin eventually support this? Or will it?

  12. “Advanced Notifications is an upgrade to the “Notifications Pro” plugin. If you purchased “Notifications Pro”, you will automatically have access to the “Advanced Notifications” plugin.”

Sorry but how do I action this??? I have Notifications Pro. If I go to Advanced Notifications it only gives me the option to buy it. Notifications Pro has no updates that I’m seeing. Bit confused and would very much like to update this plugin because it doesn’t work all that well! Which is a shame given the cost.

    Many thanks.

  13. I like WooCommerce a lot but I it will be even better when it will get an ajax cart widget (with no negative inpact on cache) and a better Layered navigation (one that has checkboxes that works without javascript and has encoded urls – Ajax Layered Navigation does not have this).

Any future plans to release a module which will allow multiple sellers to register and list their products? Almost like a Marketplace?

    • Not just yet CJ, we’re having discussions on this though.

We’re wanting to meet photographers needs with some WooCommerce functionality and a theme. Please do shoot us your ideas for this here so we can check it out. – http://woo.uservoice.com/forums/133476-woocommerce

      • Can’t you use Category pricing for this?

Or is CJ referring to a bulk upload function?

        September 26, 2012
        • Hi Harold. I am after the latter. The thing that is taking the time is the manual upload of all the photos which I sell.

I have just bought the extension “product CSV import suite”, but I am having difficulty working it out, and whether this is right at all.

          Thanks
